जैन समुदाय के बीच हस्तिनापुर को एक प्रमुख तीर्थ माना जाता है। यहाँ जैन धर्म के कई तीर्थंकरों का जन्म हुआ था। यही वजह है कि यहाँ काफ़ी संख्या में जैन मंदिर मौजूद हैं। इनमें क़रीब 200 साल पुराना बड़ा मंदिर, जंबूद्वीप, कैलाश पर्वत, अष्टापद जी, कमल मंदिर और ध्यान मंदिर मुख्य हैं। प्राचीन बड़ा मंदिर में हस्तिनापुर की नहर की खुदाई के दौरान प्राप्त हुई जिन प्रतिमाओं को देखा जा सकता है। इन मंदिरों को काफ़ी सुंदर और कलात्मक तरीक़े से बनाया गया है।
Hastinapur is an ancient historical place where teerthankar Adinathji prabhu has concluded fasting lasted for 400 days by drinking sugarcane juice from Shreyanshkumar. It the place of 12 kalyanak (Chyavan, Janm, Deeksha and Kevalgyan kalyanak of Shri Shantinath, Shri Kunthunath and Shri Adinath prabhu). Samvasaran of Bhagwan Mallinath took place here. Muni Suvratswami, Bhagwan Parshwanath and Mahavira Swami on this holy place, uttered spiritual speech.
At Teerth Kshetra Hastinapur, there is only one huge temple constructed on a 40 feet high hillock. This temple is very beautiful, magnificent and artistic having artistic & huge spire. A room is constructed in the spire and on the top of room an artistic spire is again constructed. Such designed spires are rare in the world.
